Built around 1916, Industrial Arts originally served as the Candy Making Machine Factory for J.T. Hohberger. Some fascinating inventions from the early 1910s were created here, the patents for which are currently being added to the walls of Industrial Arts to pay homage.

Decades passed between the building serving as a functioning factory and the space it has become today. The years of neglect weren't kind to the property and restoration feels much more meaningful after revisiting some photos from June 2013 when the project began, brick by brick...
